北平协和医院社会服务部实务模式与实务经验研究

Research on the Practice Mode and Experience of Social Service Department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital

北平协和医院社会服务部经历了三个发展阶段:成立到组织就绪阶段(1921—1930年)、组织就绪到鼎盛阶段(1931—1941年)、战后恢复到彻底取消阶段(1948—1952年)。发展出由四个阶段构成的实务工作模式,我们名之为“协和医务社会工作模式”,并进行概括性的表达,即社会调查、社会诊断、社会治疗、善后处理,这四个阶段共同组成完整的实务链条。总结北平协和医院社会服务部的实务经验,可以为我们今天的医院社会工作提供有价值的参考资料,以助力当代中国医务社会工作的发展。

The Social Service Department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital went through three stages of development:the establishment to organizational readiness phase(1921-1930),the organizational readiness to peak phase(1931-1941),and the post-war recovery to the complete cancellation phase(1948-1952).This department developed a four-stage practical model,which we refer to as the"Peking Union Medical Social Work Model",and make a general statement:social investigation,social diagnosis,social treatment,follow-up.Together,these four stages form a complete practical chain.Summarizing the practical experience of social service department at Peking Union Medical College Hospital provides valuable reference materials for today's hospital social work,and help the development of medical social work in contemporary China.
