摘要
“大思政课”是一个复杂的系统,应借助系统性的思想与方法将相关要素集聚起来、协同发力。在“大思政课”系统中,相关主体不仅要各自动起来,也要达成有机联系,形成“动态调整+系统优化”的整体协作效应。将系统思想、方法转化为具象性的实践路径是思政课建设打破孤立模式和封闭系统的关键。在此方面,天津市“大思政课”综合改革试验区的探索提供了以下启示:一是善用“我们”,做好改革的接力与借力;二是强化融合,在整合、协作的基础上系统发力;三是聚焦盲点,深化融合机制建设。“大思政课”在未来一段时期需关注融合机制建设,聚焦“大思政课”运行中反馈的问题、难点和盲点,在“如何融”“哪方面融”“融得如何”上进行可操作的流程设计,引领多方主体进一步打造形成融合发展的思政教育工作模式。
The"Big Ideological and Political Theory Course"represent a complex system,necessitating the integration and coordination of relevant elements through systematic thinking and methodologies.In the"Big Ideological and Political Theory Course"system,relevant subjects should not only activate themselves but also establish organic connections to form an overall collaborative effect of dynamic adjustment and system optimization.Transforming systematic thinking and methods into concrete practical paths is crucial for the construction of ideological and political courses to break out of isolated models and closed systems.In this regard,the exploration of Tianjin′s comprehensive reform pilot zone for"Big Ideological and Political Theory Course"provides following inspirations:Firstly,we should make good use of the pronoun"we"to facilitate the relay and leveraging of reform.Secondly,we need to strengthen integration and exert systematic efforts based on consolidation and collaboration.Lastly,we should focus on blind spots and deepen the construction of integration mechanisms.The"Big Ideological and Political Theory Course"needs to focus on the construction of an integration mechanism,pay attention to the problems,difficulties,and blind spots feedback from the operation of the"Big Ideological and Political Theory Course",and guide multiple stakeholders to further build and develop an integrated ideological and political education work model.
