摘要
采用体育锻炼量表、网络成瘾量表、人际交往能力量表和贝克抑郁量表对1632名大学生进行调查,以探讨体育锻炼对抑郁的影响以及网络成瘾和人际交往能力的中介作用.结果发现:大学生体育锻炼对网络成瘾和抑郁显著负相关,与人际交往能力显著正相关;网络成瘾与人际交往能力显著负相关,与抑郁显著正相关;人际交往能力与抑郁显著负相关.大学生体育锻炼对抑郁的直接效应和间接效应均显著,间接效应包括了3条路径:通过网络成瘾的中介作用、通过人际交往能力的中介作用以及通过网络成瘾—人际交往能力的链式中介.网络成瘾和人际交往能力在大学生体育锻炼与抑郁之间起链式中介作用,体育锻炼不仅直接影响大学生抑郁,还通过二者的链式中介作用间接影响大学生抑郁.
A survey has been conducted on 1632 college students by using the Physical Activity Scale,Internet Addiction Scale,Interpersonal Competence Scale,and Beck Depression Inventory Second Edition to explore the effects of physical activity on depression and the mediating role of Internet addiction and interpersonal competence.The results find that:College students'physical exercise is significantly negatively correlated with Internet addiction and depression,and significantly positively correlated with interpersonal competence;Internet addiction is significantly negatively correlated with interpersonal competence and significantly positively correlated with depression;and Interpersonal competence is significantly negatively correlated with depression.College students'physical activity has both significant direct and indirect effects on depression,and the indirect effects include three pathways:mediation through Internet addiction,mediation through interpersonal competence,and chain mediation through the Internet addiction-interpersonal competence.Internet addiction and interpersonal competence plays a chain mediating role on college students'physical activity and depression,and physical activity not only directly affects college students'depression,but also indirectly affects college students'depression through the chain mediating role of them.
