含钢纤维橡胶喷射混凝土抗压强度特性研究

摘要 普通喷射混凝土延展性差、抗压过后易碎且残余强度差,为了增强其延展性及韧性,在5%、10%、15%、20%橡胶掺量的橡胶喷射混凝土中分别添加0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%(体积占比)的钢纤维,设计17组配比,养护28 d进行单轴抗压实验,对抗压强度值、应力—应变曲线特点、试件破坏形态、残余强度进行分析。结果表明:在钢纤维和橡胶协同作用下,普通喷射混凝土的抗压强度得到了提高,在橡胶含量为5%,钢纤维体分数为1%时,其抗压强度最佳。钢纤维—橡胶喷射混凝土应力—应变曲线后延性增加,试件破坏呈明显延性特征且破坏后试件完整度高,破坏后仍有一定强度。 Ordinary sprayed concrete has poor ductility,is fragile after compression,and has poor residual strength.In order to enhance its ductility and toughness,rubber is usually mixed into ordinary sprayed concrete by replacing sand with an equal volume of 5%,10%,15%,20%,and steel fiber with an external volume fraction of 0.5%,1%,and 1.5%.A total of 17 sets of ratios were designed,and uniaxial compression tests were conducted after 28 days of curing.The compressive strength value,stress-strain curve characteristics,specimen failure mode,and residual strength were analyzed.The results showed that the compressive strength of sprayed concrete can be improved under the synergistic effect of steel fibers and rubber.The optimal compressive strength is achieved when the rubber content is 5%and the steel fiber content is 1%.The ductility of steel fiber rubber sprayed concrete increases after the stress-strain curve,and the failure of the specimen shows obvious ductile characteristics.The integrity of the specimen is high after failure,and there is still a certain strength after failure.
