丘陵地区拖拉机用燃油箱防吸空探讨

摘要 丘陵地区高低起伏,常规的长方体状燃油箱前后倾斜时,有效容积明显减少,发动机吸空问题严重影响作业效率和拖拉机驾驶员安全,该地区销售机型迫切需要解决上下坡吸空问题。本文归纳总结目前国内常见的5种燃油箱防吸空结构,多容腔阻流形式、双燃油箱形式、双吸油管形式、移动吸油口形式、两端互通形式,分析各类型结构优缺点,是否适合丘陵地区农业拖拉机使用,针对丘陵地区拖拉机用燃油箱防吸空现状,从油量显示、适应滚塑燃油箱、有效容积等方面提出改进意见,以期为丘陵地区拖拉机用燃油箱防吸空结构设计提供参考。 In hilly areas,when the conventional cuboid fuel tank tilts forward and backward,the effective volume is obviously reduced,and the engine suction problem seriously affects the operation efficiency and the safety of tractor drivers.It is urgent to solve the problem of suction up and down hills for the models sold in this area.This paper summarizes five kinds of fuel tank anti-cavitation structures commonly used in China,including multi-capacity cavity choke form,double fuel tank form,double suction tubing form,mobile oil suction port form,and interworking form at both ends,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each type of structure and whether it is suitable for agricultural tractors in hilly areas.Some suggestions for improvement are put forward in terms of oil quantity display,adaptive protoplasmic fuel tank and effective volume,so as to provide reference for the design of anti-cavitation structure of tractor fuel tank in hilly area.
