摘要
为提高胡麻纤维的脱胶效果,采用低温等离子体处理预处理方法对胡麻韧皮纤维进行脱胶。通过正交分析,得到最优工艺条件为压力50 Pa、放电功率275 W、时间4 min。在该条件下进行试验,胡麻纤维失重率为11.74%、残胶率为7.54%、断裂强力为49.03 cN。同时进行了相应的表征,证明该前处理在去除响应抗性结构的同时对胡麻韧皮纤维性能影响较小。
To improve the degumming effect of oil-flax,a low-temperature plasma treatment pretreatment method is used to degumming oil-flaxr bast fiber.Through orthogonal analysis,the optimal process conditions are obtained as:a pressure of 50 Pa,discharge power of 275 W,and a time of 4 minutes.Under these conditions,the experimental results demonstrated a weight loss rate of 11.74%,residual lignin content of 7.54%,and a tensile strength of 49.03 cN.At the same time,corresponding characterization is carried out to demonstrate that the pretreatment has little effect on the properties of oil-flax bast fiber while removing responsive resistance structures.
