基于Ansys的模块顶升机底座结构设计与分析

摘要 由于科技的发展,材料、工艺等技术的突破,大尺寸、大质量的重型设备越来越广泛应用于各行各业中,随之而来的是装备的吊装就位及转移等问题(尤其在场地受限情况下)的实现难度加大。文中针对这种情况设计了一种可广泛适用于桥梁吊装、检修,重型设备升降、平移的模块顶升机,其中模块顶升机由4台单独的顶升机组成,可协调同步实现标准节的自动引入,解放人工的同时增加工作效率。底座结构作为顶升机系统重要部件,起到支承整个顶升机及上部重物载荷的作用,故对底座结构的不同工况进行有限元分析。分析结果表明:最大应力点在支腿对应的腹板处为298.23 MPa,通过对底座结构优化设计后再次进行有限元分析,腹板处应力大幅度下降至218.64 MPa,强度满足设计需求。 With the development of science and technology,materials and technology,heavy equipment with large size and high quality is more and more widely used in all walks of life,which increases the difficulty of solving problems such as lifting and transferring equipment(especially in the case of limited space).In view of the above situation,a modular jack-up machine was designed,which can be widely used for bridge hoisting,maintenance,lifting and translation of heavy equipment.The machine is composed of four separate jack-ups,which can realize the automatic introduction of standard sections in a coordinated and synchronous manner,freeing labor and improving work efficiency.As an important part of the jack-up machine system,the base plays a role in supporting the whole jack-up machine and the upper heavy load,so the finite element analysis of the base structure under different working conditions was carried out.The analysis results show that the maximum stress point was 298.23 MPa at the web corresponding to the leg,and the finite element analysis was carried out again after the optimization design of the base structure,which shows that the stress at the web was greatly reduced to 218.64 MPa,and the strength meets relevant design requirements.
