架构理论视域下的职业教育产教融合运作模型研究

Research on the Operational Model of Industry-Education Integration in Vocational Education from the Perspective of Architecture Theory

在中国经济快速增长和产业升级的背景下,产教融合已成为发展职业教育的关键策略。如何快速全面地在全国范围内深化产教融合,需要建构一套完整的职业教育产教融合运作模型来指导和推进。通过梳理职业教育产教融合体系架构,从产教融合项目实际运作的业务流程、评价指标、技术支持和最佳案例四个维度来构筑产教融合运作模型,为参与职业教育产教融合项目实施的学校、企业和政府部门相关人员提供项目实施指导,为我国职业教育深化产教融合提供新的思路。

Against the backdrop of rapid economic growth and industrial upgrading in China,the integration between industry and education has become a key strategy for the development of vocational education.To efficiently and comprehensively deepen the integration between industry and education nationwide,it is necessary to construct a complete operational model for the integration between industry and education in vocational education to guide and promote this process.By organizing the system architecture of the integration between industry and education in vocational education,this operational model is built from four dimensions:the actual business processes of industry-education integration projects,evaluation indicators,technical support,and best practices.This model aims to provide guidance for the implementation of industry-education integration projects in vocational education for schools,enterprises,and government departments involved,offering new insights for deepening the integration between industry and education in China’s vocational education.
