摘要
随着职业教育数字化转型的加速,传统实习教学模式已难以满足当前时代育人需求。为应对挑战,融合线上和线下实习的双重优势,提出了高职院校混合式实习的认知、认识、感知与岗位实习四个环节;引入BOPPPS模型,结合实习导入、实习目标、实习前测、参与式实习、实习后测和总结反思六个阶段,构建了高职院校混合式实习模式。该模式强调学生的主动参与、灵活调配虚拟和现实教学空间,优化高职院校实习育人效果。
With the accelerating digital transformation of vocational education,traditional internship teaching model can no longer meet the current demands for talent cultivation.To address this challenge,a hybrid internship model for higher vocational education has been proposed,combining the dual advantages of online and offline internships,which includes four components:cognition,recognition,perception,and on-the-job internship.The BOPPPS model is introduced,combining six stages—internship introduction,internship objectives,pre-internship assessment,participatory internship,post-internship assessment,and summary reflection—to construct a hybrid internship model for higher vocational colleges.This model emphasizes active student participation,flexible coordination of virtual and real teaching spaces,and optimizes the effectiveness of talent cultivation in higher vocational education.
