摘要
新时代学习型社会建设背景下,职业院校服务社区教育共同体(以下简称共同体)的构建能够赋能社区教育高质量发展,共同构建服务全民终身学习的教育体系。行动者网络理论是一种研究人类和非人类行动者构成的异质性网络的社会学分析方法,其核心要素为:行动者、转译、网络。基于三个核心要素,阐述行动者网络理论对职业院校服务社区教育共同体构建的适用性,并提出职业院校服务社区教育共同体的构建路径:一是厘清多元行动者的构成,持续拓展共同体行动者主体;二是按强制通行点赋予行动者角色职责,招募动员行动者积极参与;三是构建完善运行机制,确保共同体行动者网络有序运行。
In the context of the construction of learning society in the new era,the construction of community of vocational colleges serving community education(hereinafter referred to as“community”)can enable the high-quality development of community education and jointly build an education system that serves lifelong learning for all.Actor Network Theory is a sociological analysis method to study the heterogeneous network composed of human and non-human actors.Its core elements are:actors,translation and network.Based on the three core elements,this study elaborates the applicability of actor network theory to the construction of community education community in vocational colleges and proposes the construction path of community education community in vocational colleges:Firstly,clarify the composition of multiple actors,and continue to expand the main body of the community actors.Secondly,assign roles and responsibilities to the actors according to the obligatory passage points,and recruit and mobilize the actors to participate actively.Thirdly,establish and improve the operational mechanism to ensure the orderly operation of the network of community actors.
