应用型人才培养下“产业认识实习”教学改革——以服装与服饰设计专业为例

Teaching Reform of“Industry Understanding Internship”under the Cultivation of Applied Talents--Taking Clothing and Fashion Design as an Example

摘要 在应用型高校大力开展产教融合、校企合作,重构产教融合课程体系背景下,以服装与服饰设计专业“产业认识实习”课程为依托,通过经验总结法、教育实验法等多种研究方法,实施文献调研、课程思政设计、编写教学文件、搭建学习通教学平台、教学实践、教学评价分析等教育路径,总结8次思政映射与融入点建设,编制课程思政手册、课程思政实施方案等教学文件,开创线上线下联动教学模式、校内校外实践育人体系、课堂内外“专德”融合以及“在线学习+专题汇报+讨论专题+实践专项”的多模块考核评价机制。课程教学不仅实现了课程思政内化于心、外化于行,课程教学与思政教育同频共振的思政目标,也完成了教学相长、知行合一的应用型人才培养目标。 The integration of industry and educaion,school enterprise cooperation were vigorously promoted,and the curriculum system of industry and education integration in applied universities was reconstructed.Based on the“Industry Understanding Intern-ship”course in the clothing and clothing design major,various research methods such as experience summary and educational experi-ment were used to implement educational paths such as literature research,curriculum ideological and political design,writing teach-ing documents,building a learning and communication teaching platform,teaching practice,and teaching evaluation analysis.Eight i-deological and political mapping and integration point constructions were summarized,and teaching documents such as curriculum ide-ological and political manuals and curriculum ideological and political implementation plans were compiled,creating an online and off-line linkage teaching mode,an on campus and off campus practical education system,an internal and external classroom and external practical education system,and the integration of“professional ethics”and the multi-module assessment and evaluation mechanism of“online learning+special reports+discussion topics+practical projects”.Curriculum teaching not only achieves the goal of internali-zing ideological and political education in the heart and externalizing it in action,but also resonates with ideological and political educa-tion in the same frequency.It also achieves the goal of cultivating applied talents who learn from each other and integrate knowledge and action.
