摘要
针对单个铸件砂型铸造过程中的碳排放定量计算问题,提出了一种基于投入-产出法与过程分析法相结合的砂型铸造过程的碳排放量计算模型。使用生命周期理论对铸件产品生命周期中的铸造过程中的物料、能源消耗和碳排放特性进行定量分析,以铸件和铸件的能源、物料消耗量及废弃物产生量为单位对整个铸造过程的各生产阶段碳排放量进行分摊计算,实现对批量生产中单个铸件产品的碳排放定量计算,并结合某风电铸造企业生产的锁定盘铸件进行分析,从物料和能源的角度为砂型铸造过程减少碳排放提供理论基础。
Aiming at the quantitative calculation of carbon emission in sand casting process,a calculation model of carbon emission in sand casting process based on input-output method and process analysis method was proposed.The material,energy consumption and carbon emission characteristics in the casting process during the life cycle of casting products are quantitatively analyzed using the life cycle theory.The carbon emission of each production stage of the whole casting process is apportioned and calculated based on the energy,material consumption and waste generation of castings and castings,so as to realize the quantitative calculation of carbon emission of a single casting product in mass production.Based on the analysis of locking disc castings produced by a wind power casting enterprise,the theoretical basis for reducing carbon emissions in sand casting process is provided from the perspective of material and energy.
