智能铸造产业学院产教融合机制的实践与探索

摘要 材料成型专业通过组建高层次专家智库,建立行业企业专家工作室、教学名师工作室和技能大师工作室,成立协同创新中心和智能成形创客工坊等,按照校企良性互动必需的四项条件,与铸造产业高端企业共建智能铸造产业学院,构建了产教融合和校企合作平台,形成了稳定的投入产出机制和良好的合作运行机制。产教深度融合保障了专业教育与产业同步发展要求,应用技术研究不断适应新质生产力发展的需求,高素质技术技能人才供给不断满足企业需求。 The material forming major has established a high-level expert think tank,industry enterprise expert studios,teaching master studios,skill master studios,collaborative innovation centers,and intelligent forming maker workshops,according to the four necessary conditions for healthy interaction between schools and enterprises,it has jointly built an intelligent casting industry college with high-end enterprises in the casting industry,built a platform for industry education integration and school enterprise cooperation,and formed a stable input-output mechanism and a good cooperative operation mechanism.The deep integration of industry and education ensures the synchronous development requirements of professions and industries,applied technology research continuously adapts to the development needs of new quality productive forces,and the supply of high-quality technical and skilled talents continuously meets the needs of enterprises.
