摘要
习近平总书记在全国教育大会上指出,建设教育强国需要处理好五个重大关系。这一论断为教育强国建设提供了根本遵循与方法论指导。一是精准概括和梳理了当前中国教育改革发展的复杂局面,为进一步抓住深化教育综合改革的基本矛盾提供了清晰指导;二是充分体现了教育高质量发展的理念与要求,特别是反映了协调发展所具有的内生性特点;三是充分体现了深化教育综合改革的逻辑与时代特点;四是为教育资源的优化配置提供了非常具体的指导性原则;五是充分体现了中国优秀传统文化的精髓。
General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Education Conference that building a leading country in education requires addressing five important relationships,which provides the fundamental follow-up and methodology guidance for building a leading country in education.First,it accurately summari-zes and sorts out the current complicated situation of China's education reform and development,and provides clear guidance for further grasping the basic contradictions in deepening the comprehensive reform of educa-tion;Second,it fully embodies the concept and requirements of high-quality education development,espe-cially reflects the endogenous characteristics of coordinated development;Third,it fully embodies the logic and characteristics of the times in deepening the comprehensive reform of education;Fourth,it provides a ver-y specific guiding principle for the optimal allocation of educational resources;Fifth,it fully embodies the es-sence of China's excellent traditional culture.
