摘要
目的分析基于OBE理念的虚拟仿真实训教学模式在常见内科疾病康复评定与治疗教学中应用的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2024年2月在山东中医药高等专科学校参与常见内科疾病康复评定与治疗学习的258名学生作为研究对象,根据教学时间进行分组,2022年1月—2023年1月130名学生实施传统实训教学,设为常规组,2023年2月—2024年2月128名学生在OBE理念下实施虚拟仿真实训教学,设为研究组,比较两组学生考核成绩、对教学模式的满意度、综合素质水平。结果研究组理论考核成绩(86.15±3.78)分高于常规组(80.24±3.62)分,实践考核成绩(89.17±3.78)分高于常规组(84.84±3.66)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.827、9.348,P均<0.05)。研究组对教学模式满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组综合素质水平高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论基于OBE理念的虚拟仿真实训教学模式的应用可提升整体教学效果,具有较高教学借鉴价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of the virtual imitation real training teaching model based on OBE concept in the rehabilitation evaluation and Treatment of Common Internal Diseases.Methods From January 2022 to February 2024,258 students participated in the common medical disease rehabilitation evaluation and treatment in Shandong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as research objects.They were grouped according to the teaching time,from January 2022 to January 2023,130 students implemented traditional training teaching were set as the conventional group,from February 2023 to February 2024,128 students under the OBE concept of virtual imitation training teaching were set as the research group,compare the two groups of students's assessment performance,satisfaction of teaching mode,the comprehensive quality level.Results The theoretical assessment score of the research group 86.15±3.78,higher than 80.24±3.62 of the conventional group,and the score of the practice assessment was 89.17±3.78,higher than 84.84±3.66 of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(t=12.827,9.348,both P<0.05).The study group was more satisfied with the teaching mode than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The comprehensive quality level of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of virtual imitation real training teaching mode based on OBE concept can improve the overall teaching effect and have high teaching reference value.
