摘要
目的探析呼吸与危重症医学科护理管理中绩效考核的应用对提升护理人员工作能力的效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年2月在安陆市普爱医院呼吸与危重症医学科工作的28名护理人员为研究对象,将2023年1—7月实施常规护理管理期间作为考核前,将2023年8月—2024年2月实施绩效考核期间作为考核后。对比考核前后护理人员的工作能力、工作状态、管理满意度。结果考核后护理人员工作能力及工作态度各维度评分均高于考核前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。考核后护理人员管理的总满意度为100.00%(28/28),略高于考核前的92.86%(26/28),但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.409,P>0.05)。结论呼吸与危重症医学科护理管理中绩效考核的应用对提升护理人员工作能力的效果明确,而且可以调节其心理状态,获得良好的管理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of the application of performance assessment in nursing management of respiratory and critical care medicine department on improving the working ability of nursing staff.Methods Twenty-eight nurses working in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of Anlu Puai Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and the period of routine nursing management from January to July 2023 was taken as before the assessment,and the period of performance assessment from August 2023 to February 2024 was taken as after the assessment.The working ability,working state and management satisfaction of nursing staff before and after assessment were compared.Results The scores of nurses'work ability and work attitude after assessment were higher than those before assessment,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing staff management after assessment was 100.00%(28/28),slightly higher than 92.86%(26/28)before assessment,but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.409,P>0.05).Conclusion The application of performance appraisal in nursing management of respiratory and critical care medicine department has a clear effect on improving the working ability of nursing staff,and can adjust their psychological state and obtain good management satisfaction.
