医疗质量管理考核在医疗质量持续改进管理中应用的效果分析

Effect Analysis of the Application of Medical Quality Management Assess-ment in the Continuous Improvement of Medical Quality Management

目的分析医疗质量管理考核在医疗质量持续改进管理中应用的效果。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月昆山市康复医院的164名医务人员为研究对象。2022年6—12月实施常规管理,设为常规组。2023年1—6月实施加强医疗质量管理考核管理,设为研究组。比较两组工作质量、综合水平评分以及工作状态评分。结果观察组工作质量评分、综合水平评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组职业倦怠量表评分为(56.69±5.32)分,低于对照组的(75.94±5.23)分,心理弹性评分为(93.24±2.15)分,高于对照组的(88.25±2.25)分,差异有统计学意义(t=33.045、20.534,P均<0.05)。结论在医疗质量持续管理中,加强医疗质量管理考核能提升医疗工作质量和医务人员的综合水平,消除工作倦怠感,增强医务人员的心理弹性。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of the application of medical quality management assessment in the management of continuous improvement of medical quality.Methods A total of 164 medical staff of Kunshan Rehabilitation Hospital were selected as study subjects from June 2022 to June 2023.Routine management was implemented from June to December 2022,which was set up as the routine group,and enhanced medical quality management assessment was implemented from January to June 2023,which was set up as the research group.Compared the two groups'work quality,comprehensive level scores and work status scores.Results The observation group's work quality scores and composite level scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The Malaseh Burnout Inventory score of the observation group was 56.69±5.32,which was lower than that of the control group 75.94±5.23,and the Connor-davidson Resilience Scale score was 93.24±2.15,which was higher than 88.25±2.25 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=33.045,20.534,both P<0.05).Conclusion In the continuous management of medical quality,strengthening the assessment of medical quality management can improve the quality of medical work and the comprehensive level of medical staff,eliminate the sense of burnout and enhance the psychological resilience of medical staff.
