精细化护理管理对新生儿科护理质量及管理满意度影响的研究

Study of the Impact of Refined Nursing Management on the Quality of Care and Management Satisfaction in Neonatal Department

目的探讨精细化护理管理在新生儿科的应用效果。方法选取临沂市兰陵县妇幼保健院新生儿科的12名护理人员为研究对象。2023年1—6月实施传统护理管理模式,设为传统组,2023年7—12月实施精细化护理管理模式,为探究组。对比两组管理质量、工作效率、管理满意度。结果探究组管理质量评分、工作效率评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组管理满意度评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论新生儿科护理管理中应用精细化护理管理,能有效提高管理质量、工作效率和管理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing management in neonatology.Methods Twelve nursing staff from the neonatal department of Laning County Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Linyi City were selected as study subjects.The traditional nursing management mode was implemented from January to June 2023 and set as the traditional group,and the refined nursing management mode was implemented from July to December 2023 and set as the exploratory group.Compared the management quality,work efficiency,and management satisfaction of the two groups.Results Management quality scores and work efficiency scores of the exploratory group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction scores of the exploratory group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing management in the nursing management of neonatology can effectively improve the quality of management,work efficiency and management satisfaction.
