安全管理在神经内科护理管理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Safety Management in Neurology Nursing Management

目的探究在神经内科护理管理中应用安全管理的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月于四平中心人民医院神经内科工作的19名护理人员为研究对象,2022年1—12月实施常规管理,设为常规组;2023年1—12月实施安全管理,设为研究组。对比两组综合能力、护理质量评分以及护理人员对护理管理的满意度评分。结果研究组护理评估、分析判断、专科护理、安全管理评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组护理质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组护理人员对管理模式满意度评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在神经内科护理管理中安全管理的应用能有效增强护理人员的综合能力与护理质量,且该管理模式可获取护理人员较高的满意度评价,能够满足护理人员对护理管理的需求,具有借鉴价值。

Objective To explore the effect of application safety management in neurology nursing management.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,nineteen nursing staff in Department of Neurology of Siping Center People's Hospital were selected as research objects.From January to December 2022,routine management was implemented and set as the conventional group.From January to December 2023,safety management was implemented and set as the study group.The comprehensive ability,nursing quality score and nursing staff satisfaction score with nursing management were compared.Results The scores of nursing assessment,analysis and judgment,specialized nursing and safety management of the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The study group scored higher satisfaction scores on the management model than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of safety management in the nursing management of neurology can effectively enhance the comprehensive ability and nursing quality,and the management mode can obtain a high satisfaction evaluation of nursing staff,can meet the needs of nursing staff for nursing management,and has reference value.
