摘要
目的探究全方位护理管理对儿科护士的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月菏泽市定陶区人民医院儿科的10名儿科护士为研究对象,参与全研究时段的护理管理工作。2022年1—12月实施普通护理管理(普通组),2023年1—12月实施全方位护理管理(管理组),对比儿科护士在不同管理模式下的工作情况。结果管理组工作质量、幸福指数、工作效能均高于普通组,管理组工作倦怠感均低于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理组理论知识评分为(92.68±1.46)分,实践操作评分为(93.15±1.03)分,高于普通组的(90.69±1.36)分、(90.31±1.30)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.153、5.414,P均<0.05)。结论全方位护理管理应用于儿科护士管理中能够有助于其工作质量、专业能力提升,发挥工作效能,缓解工作倦怠感,提升职业幸福指数。
Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing management on pediatric nurses.Methods Ten pediatric nurses from Dingtao District People's Hospital of Heze City from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects to participate in the nursing management of the whole study period.General nursing management implemented from January to December 2022(general group),and comprehensive nursing management implemented from January to December 2023(management group),and the work of pediatric nurses under different management modes were compared.Results The work quality,happiness index and work efficiency of the management group were higher than those of the general group,while the job burnout of the management group were lower than those of the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation in the management group were 92.68±1.46 and 93.15±1.03,which were higher than 90.69±1.36 and 90.31±1.30 in the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.153,5.414,both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing management in the management of pediatric nurses can help improve their work quality,professional ability,work efficiency,relieve job burnout,and improve occupational happiness index.
