Application of Intelligent Transfusion Management System in Transfusion Nursing Management

目的分析智能输血管理信息系统在输血护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取南方医科大学顺德医院用血排名前十临床科室的50名护理人员作为研究对象,2023年1—5月实施传统输血信息管理,设为对照组,共执行非紧急输血1001次;2024年1—5月使用智能输血管理信息系统,设为观察组,执行非紧急输血1118次,对比两组的输血及时率、输血护理记录规范率及护理人员对输血管理的满意度。结果观察组输血及时率为99.73%(1115/1118),高于对照组的97.00%(971/1118),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=25.650,P<0.05)。观察组输血护理记录规范率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员的输血管理满意度分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论智能输血管理信息系统在输血护理管理中的应用,提升了输血及时率和输血护理工作质量,护理人员的管理满意度较高。

Objective The application value of intelligent blood transfusion management information system in blood transfusion nursing management was analyzed.Methods Fifty nurses from the top ten clinical departments in Shunde Hospital of Southern Medical University were selected as the study subjects.From January to May 2023,traditional blood transfusion information management was implemented,and a total of 1001 non-emergency transfusions were performed as the control group.From January to May 2024,the intelligent blood transfusion management information system was used to perform 1118 non-emergency blood transfusions as an observation group,and the timely rate of blood transfusion,the standard rate of blood transfusion nursing records,and the satisfaction degree of nurses in blood transfusion management of the two groups were analyzed.Results The timely blood transfusion rate in the observation group was 99.73%(1115/1118),which was higher than 97.00%(971/1118)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=25.650,P<0.05).The standard rate of transfusion nursing records in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intelligent transfusion management information system in transfusion nursing management can improve the timely rate of transfusion and the quality of transfusion nursing work,and the nursing staff's management satisfaction is higher.
