摘要
目的探究儿童康复科实习带教期间落实以问题为基础的学习(project-based learning,PBL)+以案例为基础的学习(case-based learning,CBL)教学法后的教学质量和教学效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年12月在甘肃省康复中心医院儿童康复二科实习的116名康复治疗专业学生为研究对象。2018年1—12月的57名学生采用传统带教方式,设为对照组;2019年1—12月的24名学生和2020年1—12月的35名学生采用PBL联合CBL教学法带教,设为观察组。比较两组学生的考核成绩、自我评价评分、教学满意度。结果观察组的理论成绩为(95.09±2.42)分、实践成绩为(94.02±2.61)分,高于对照组的(90.18±3.61)分、(89.82±3.72)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.631、7.059,P均<0.05)。观察组实习生的自我评价得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的教学满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在儿童康复二科康复治疗专业的实习中采取PBL联合CBL教学法具有明显优势,不仅可提高学生的理论知识掌握水平,锻炼学生独立思考及分析病例的能力,还能提高实践操作的水平。
Objective To explore the teaching quality and effect of project-based learning(PBL)+case-based learning(CBL)during the practice teaching in the department of children rehabilitation.Methods To select 116 rehabilitation therapy students who interned at the department of children rehabilitation,Section Two,Gansu Provincial Rehabilitation Center Hospital between January 2018 and December 2020 as the research subjects.A total of fifty-seven students from January to December 2018 received traditional teaching methods,forming the control group.In contrast,twenty-four students from January to December 2019 and thirty-five students from January to December 2020,a total of fifty-nine students,were taught using the PBL(problem-based learning)combined with CBL(case-based learning)teaching method,forming the observation group.The assessment scores,self-evaluation ratings,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical scores of the observation group were 95.09±2.42 and the practical scores were 94.02±2.61,which were higher than 90.18±3.61 and 89.82±3.72 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.631,7.059,both P<0.05).The self-evaluation scores of the interns in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PBL combined with CBL teaching methods in the rehabilitation therapy internship at the children rehabilitation department demonstrates significant advantages.It not only enhances students'mastery of theoretical knowledge and their ability to think independently and analyze cases,but also improves their practical skills.
