临床肿瘤学教学中采用以案例为基础的教学方法的效果分析

摘要 目的探讨以案例为基础的教学方法在临床肿瘤学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年9月—2021年6月南京医科大学第一附属医院(江苏省人民医院)的100名学生为研究对象,按照时间分组,2020年9月—2021年6月为观察组,2019年9月—2020年6月对照组,每组50名,对照组给予传统教学方法,观察组给予以案例为基础的教学方法,对比两组学生的教学效果、考试成绩以及对教学的满意度。结果观察组的教学内容掌握、学习兴趣、思维能力的考核成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组学生考试成绩优良率为82.00%(41/50),高于对照组的42.00%(21/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.978,P<0.05);观察组学生对教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以案例为基础的教学方法能够提高临床肿瘤学的教学效益和教学质量,并提高学生对教学方法满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of case-based teaching in clinical oncology teaching.Meth-ods A total of 100 students from the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University(Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital)from September 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into three groups according to time:observation group from September 2020 to June 2021 and control group from September 2019 to June 2020,with 50 students in each group.The control group was given traditional teaching methods.The observation group was given the case-based teaching method,and the two groups of students were compared in teaching efficiency,test scores and satisfaction with teaching.Results The test scores of teaching content mastery,learning interest and thinking ability of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The excellent score rate of the observation group was 82.00%(41/50),which was significantly higher than 42.00%(21/50)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=16.978,P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Case-based teaching method can significantly improve the teaching efficiency and teaching quality of clinical oncology,and improve students'satisfaction with teaching method.
