摘要
目的分析以问题为导向的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)联合以案例为导向的学习(case-based learning,CBL)教学模式在妇科临床带教中应用的效果。方法选取2022年3月—2023年12月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院妇科实习的60名学生为研究对象,根据教学模式不同分为两组,每组30名。对照组实施常规带教,观察组实施CBL联合PBL带教。对比两组学生考核成绩、带教模式满意度、岗位胜任力评分、教学效果。结果观察组理论知识得分为(97.53±0.64)分,技能实践得分为(97.49±0.66)分,高于对照组的(95.63±0.56)分、(95.58±0.62)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.237、11.553,P均<0.05)。观察组带教模式满意度、岗位胜任力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组教学效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在妇科临床带教中CBL联合PBL教学模式的应用能有效提升学生对专业知识和技能掌握程度,满足学生对带教模式和带教效果的需求,提升岗位胜任力。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in clinical teaching in gynecology.Methods Sixty students who were interned in the Department of Gynecology of the Fourth Hospital affiliated to Harbin Medical University from March 2022 to December 2023 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into two groups of thirty each according to the different teaching code.The control group implemented conventional teaching,and the observation group implemented CBL combined with PBL teaching.The two groups were compared in terms of students'assessment scores,satisfaction with the teaching mode,job competency scores,and teaching effects.Results The theoretical knowledge score in the observation group was 97.53±0.64 and the skill practice score was 97.49±0.66,which were higher than the 95.63±0.56 and 95.58±0.62 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=12.237,11.553,both P<0.05).Satisfaction with the teaching mode and job competence scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching effects of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL combined with PBL teaching mode in gynecology clinical teaching can effectively enhance students'mastery of professional knowledge and skills,meet students'needs for teaching mode and teaching effect,and improve job competence.
