全媒体时代背景下医院新闻宣传能力建设与应对策略

摘要 本文分析了当前医院新闻宣传工作存在的不足之处,包括主动服务意识不足、宣传体系不完善以及专业宣传人员缺乏等问题并针对这些不足,提出在全媒体时代背景下医院新闻宣传能力建设的应对策略。策略包括:提升新闻业务能力以强化宣传效果,丰富新闻宣传载体以实现多渠道传播正面信息,提升舆情分析能力以有效应对舆论危机事件,以及完善医院宣传队伍建设以提升宣传人员专业素养。旨在帮助医院在全媒体时代更好地树立社会形象,传播科学医疗知识,并有效应对全媒体带来的挑战。 This paper analyzed the shortcomings of the current hospital news propaganda work,including the lack of active service awareness,the imperfect propaganda system and the lack of professional propaganda personnel.In view of these deficiencies,this paper puts forward the coping strategies of hospital news propaganda capacity building in the context of the all-media era.The strategies include:improving the ability of news business to strengthen the propaganda effect,enriching the news propaganda carrier to achieve multi-channel dissemination of positive information,improving the ability of public opinion analysis to effectively deal with public opinion crisis events,and improving the construction of hospital propaganda team to improve the professionalism of propaganda personnel.Designed to help hospitals better establish a social image in the all-media era,disseminate scientific medical knowledge,and effectively respond to the challenges brought by the all-media.
