“PDCA循环教学法”在本科脊柱外科教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨PDCA循环教学法在脊柱外科教学中的应用效果。方法选择2021年9月—2022年7月与2022年9月—2023年7月南昌大学江西医学院临床本科三年级160名学生为研究对象,2021年9月—2022年7月的学生作为对照组,2022年9月—2023年7月的学生作为干预组,各80名,对照组使用传统带教方式开展教学,干预组在此基础上使用PDCA循环教学法,比较两组临床本科生带教成绩、教学效果、自我能力、对带教方式的满意度。结果干预组临床本科生理论成绩和实践操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预组临床本科生增加学习兴趣、加深临床理论理解、提高学习效率、增强自学能力、提高空间思维能力等评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预组临床本科生诊疗水平、临床思维、科研能力和自学能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预组临床本科生对带教方式的满意度为97.50%(78/80),高于对照组的81.25%(65/80),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.123,P=0.001)。结论PDCA循环教学法可提高脊柱外科教学效果,提高学生自我学习能力,学生对于PDCA循环教学法满意度高。 Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle teaching method in spinal surgery teaching.Methods A total of 160 third-year clinical undergraduate students in Nanchang University Jiangxi Medical College from September 2021 to July 2022 and from September 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects.Students from September 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the control group,and students from September 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the intervention group,with 80 students each.The control group used the traditional teaching method to carry out teaching,and the intervention group used the PDCA cycle teaching method on the basis of this,and com-pared the teaching performance,teaching effect,self-ability assessment and satisfaction with the teaching method of clinical undergraduates in the two groups.Results The theoretical and practical scores of clinical undergraduates in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of clinical undergraduates in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,such as increasing learning interest,deepening clinical theory understanding,improving learning efficiency,en-hancing self-learning ability and improving spatial thinking ability,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of diagnosis and treatment level,clinical thinking,scientific research ability and self-learning ability of clinical undergraduates in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of clinical undergraduates in the intervention group was 97.50%(78/80),which was higher than 81.25%(65/80)in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ^(2)=11.123,P=0.001).Conclusion PDCA cycle teaching method can improve the spine surgery teaching effect,improve students'self-learning ability,students'satisfaction with PDCA cycle teaching method is high.
