摘要
目的对比甲状腺肿瘤临床带教中采用常规带教与病例导入式教学的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月—2023年12月滕州市中心人民医院乳腺甲状腺外科的40名实习人员为研究对象,依据带教方式的不同分为常规组(20名,常规带教)与导入组(20名,常规带教+病例导入式教学)。对比两组职业获益感、考核成绩、教学评价、满意度。结果导入组身心健康、社会支持、工作环境评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。导入组理论成绩为(97.10±1.15)分,实践成绩为(94.87±2.03)分,均高于常规组的(91.21±1.30)分和(87.10±1.61)分,差异有统计学意义(t=15.176、13.412,P均<0.05)。导入组吸引力、专业度、效率评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。导入组对教学的满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺肿瘤临床带教采用病例导入式教学带教效果优于常规带教方法,可以更好地激发实习人员自主效能,提升其职业获益感,解决实习问题,获得更高的考核成绩,实习人员也更加认同病例导入式教学带教方法的效果,满意度高。
Objective To compare the application value of routine teaching and case-based teaching in clinical teach-ing of thyroid tumors.Methods A total of 40 interns from the Department of Breast and Thyroid Surgery of Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the different teaching methods,they were divided into routine group(20 cases,routine teaching)and introduction group(20 cases,routine teaching+case-based teaching).The occupational benefits,assessment scores,teaching evalu-ation,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of physical and mental health,so-cial support and working environment in the introduction group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The theoretical score was 97.10±1.15 and practical score was 94.87±2.03 of the introduction group,which were higher than 91.21±1.30 and 87.10±1.61 of the routine group,the dif-ferences were statistically significant(t=15.176,13.412,both P<0.05).The scores of attractiveness,professionalism and efficiency in the introduction group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the introduction group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of case-based teaching in clini-cal teaching of thyroid tumors is better than that of routine teaching methods,which can better stimulate the self-efficacy of interns,enhance their sense of professional benefit,solve internship problems,and obtain higher assess-ment results.Interns also agree with the effect of case-based teaching methods,and have high satisfaction.
