华北A眼科医院研究生导师队伍及研究生教育现状

Current Status of Postgraduate Tutors and Postgraduate Education in North China A Eye Hospital

目的调查华北A眼科医院研究生导师队伍及研究生教育现状。方法以2018—2022年7家眼科医院为研究对象,调查内容包括研究生导师的类型与分布情况、研究生导师获得科研项目、科研成果和获奖情况等。结果华北A眼科医院研究生导师数量在7家医院中并列第5,但博士生导师数量居于末位。华北A眼科医院仅有5个学科拥有博士生导师。华北A眼科医院近5年SCI论文发文数量在7家医院中排名第6,仅为排名第1的华南A眼科机构的近1/6。结论华北A眼科医院研究生导师队伍及研究生教育质量有待提高,需要积极采用现代管理的系统和模式,提高研究生导师队伍的整体水平,从而提高研究生教育质量,促进医院的可持续发展。

Objective To investigate the current situation of postgraduate tutor team and postgraduate education in North China A Eye Hospital.Methods Seven eye hospitals from 2018 to 2022 were selected as the research objects.The survey content involves the type and distribution of postgraduate tutors,postgraduate tutors'scientific research projects,scientific research achievements and awards.Results The number of postgraduate tutors in North China A Eye Hospital was ranked fifth among the seven hospitals,but the number of doctoral tutors was at the bottom.There were only 5 disciplines with doctoral tutors in North China A Eye Hospital.The number of SCI papers published by North China A Eye Hospital ranked sixth among the seven hospitals in the past five years,which was only nearly 1/6 of South China A Eye Hospital ranked first.Conclusion The postgraduate tutor team and the quality of postgraduate education in North China A Eye Hospital need to be improved.It was necessary to actively adopt the system and mode of modern management to improve the overall level of postgraduate tutor team,so as to improve the quality of post-graduate education and promote the sustainable development of the hospital.
