安全卫生管理模式对医院卫生管理质量的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Safety and Health Management Mode in Hospital Health Management Quality

目的评估安全卫生管理模式在提高医院卫生管理质量中的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月潍坊市中医院的25名医务人员为研究对象。2022年1—12月采用常规健康管理措施为对照组,2023年1—12月实施安全卫生管理模式为观察组。比较两组医务人员的综合能力评分、不良事件发生情况及医务人员的满意度。结果观察组医务人员的沟通能力、理论知识、操作能力、综合能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组出现1例手卫生不合格、1例院内感染以及1例投诉;对照组现2例手卫生不合格、1例院内感染以及2例投诉。观察组医务人员对医院的工作环境、人际关系、工作制度等方面的卫生管理制度满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论安全卫生管理模式能有效降低不良事件,提高医护人员对医院卫生管理制度的满意度与医务人员的综合能力。

Objective To evaluate the effect of safety and health management mode in improving the quality of hospi-tal health management.Methods A total of 25 medical staff in Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.From January to December 2022,conventional health management measures were adopted as the control group,and the safety and health management mode was implemented from January to December 2023 as the observation group.The comprehensive ability scores,adverse events and satisfaction of medical staff were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of communication ability,theoretical knowledge,operation ability and comprehensive ability of medical staff in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In the observation group,there was 1 case of unqualified hand hygiene,1 case of nosocomial infection and 1 case of complaint.In the control group,there were 2 cases of unqualified hand hygiene,1 case of nosocomial infection and 2 cases of com-plaints.The satisfaction of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group on the work-ing environment,interpersonal relationship and working system of the hospital,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The safety and hygiene management mode can effectively reduce the adverse events,enhance healthcare workers'satisfaction with the hospital's hygiene management system,and improve their overall competence.
