摘要
目的探讨6S精细化管理理论在公立医院干部人事档案管理中的应用价值。方法选择2022年1月—2024年3月潍坊市人民医院人事科专职管理人员10人以及所管理的人事档案400份为研究对象。根据管理方式不同分为两组,2022年1—12月实施常规管理,为对照组,2023年1月—2024年3月实施常规联合6S精细化管理,为观察组。两组均为同一批工作人员。比较两组人事档案管理效能指标、档案保存齐全率、正常利用提取率、整体满意度评分。结果观察组人事档案管理效能指标中的完整性、及时性、保密性、可访问性得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组干部人事档案保存齐全率和正常利用提取率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理后观察组人事档案管理人员整体满意度评分为(88.5±7.7)分,高于对照组的(80.5±6.5)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.511,P<0.05)。结论针对公立医院干部人事档案实施6S精细化管理,可有效提高人事档案管理效能,确保干部人事档案保存齐全率和正常利用提取率,提高整体工作满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of 6S refined management theory in the management of cadres'personnel files in public hospitals.Methods Ten full-time managers of Personnel Department of Weifang People's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2024 and 400 personnel files managed by them were selected as the research ob-jects.According to the different management methods,they were divided into two group.From January to December 2022,the implementation of routine management was the control group,and from January to March 2024,the imple-mentation of routine combined 6S refined management was the observation group.Both groups were the same staff.The performance indexes(integrity,timeliness,confidentiality and accessibility),complete file retention rate,normal utilization extraction rate and overall satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results The integrity,timeliness,confidentiality and accessibility scores of personnel files management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The complete preserva-tion rate and normal utilization rate of cadre personnel files in the observation group were higher than those in the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After management the overall satisfaction score of personnel file managers in the observation group was 88.5±7.7,which was higher than 80.5±6.5 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.511,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of 6S refined management of cadre personnel files in public hospitals can effectively improve the efficiency of personnel file man-agement,ensure the complete preservation rate and normal utilization extraction rate of cadre personnel files,improve overall job satisfaction.
