摘要
目的探究6S分诊管理模式在医院门诊护理服务中的实践。方法选取2023年1—12月烟台山医院20名护理人员作为研究对象,2023年1—6月应用常规管理为管理前,2023年7—12月应用6S分诊管理模式为管理后。对比管理前后的护理质量评分、综合素质评分、满意度、护理差错发生率。结果与管理前相比,管理后专科护理评分、护理安全评分、环境秩序评分、仪器设备管理评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与管理前相比,管理后解决问题能力评分、团队凝聚力评分、活动自信心评分、责任感评分、荣誉感评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理后满意度为100.00%(20/20),明显高于管理前的80.00%(16/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05)。管理前护理差错发生4例,护理沟通不当1例,病历资料缺失2例,工作交接不清1例;管理后无差错。结论6S分诊管理模式明显提高了护理人员的护理质量、综合素质、满意度,降低护理差错,管理效果显著。
Objective To explore the practice of 6S triage management mode in outpatient nursing services in hospi-tals.Methods Twenty nursing staff in Yantai Mountain Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,before the application of conventional management from January to June 2023,and after the applica-tion of 6S triage management mode from July to December 2023.The nursing quality score,comprehensive quality score,satisfaction and incidence of nursing errors were compared before and after management.Results Compared with before management,the scores of specialty nursing,nursing safety,environmental order and equipment manage-ment were higher after management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with be-fore management,the scores of problem-solving ability,team cohesion,activity self-confidence,sense of responsibil-ity and sense of honor were higher after management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate after management was 100.00%(20/20),which was significantly higher than that before manage-ment 80.00%(16/20),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05).There were 4 cases of nurs-ing errors,1 case of improper nursing communication,2 cases of missing medical records and 1 case of unclear work handover before management.No errors after management.Conclusion The 6S triage management mode has signifi-cantly improved the nursing quality,comprehensive quality and satisfaction of nursing staff,reduced nursing errors,and the management effect is remarkable,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
