摘要
目的探究护士岗位层级责任制管理模式在三级甲等(简称三甲)医院儿科管理中的实践。方法选取2022年1月—2024年2月山东省淄博市妇幼保健院儿科的15名儿科护士为研究对象,2022年1月—2023年1月采用传统功能护理管理为对照组;2023年2月—2024年2月实施岗位层级责任制管理为观察组。对比两组护理人员的临床护理综合能力、护理质量评分及管理满意度。结果观察组儿科护士的基础知识、专业技能、急救技能、语言交流及病历书写评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组儿科护士的临床护理质量评分中的病区管理、护理文书、消毒隔离、重症护理、基础护理均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。满意度评分中,观察组团队管理能力为(22.26±1.35)分,护理质量监督为(21.05±1.96)分,沟通效率为(20.23±1.50)分,排班平衡性为(20.06±1.82)分,均高于对照组的(18.15±1.81)分、(16.41±2.30)分、(17.14±1.48)分、(16.84±1.93)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.050、5.947、5.679、4.701,P均<0.05)。结论在三甲医院儿科管理中,实施护士岗位层级责任制管理模式能够优化护士的工作流程,提高医疗服务的专业化水平,提高护理质量评分,对儿科医疗起到良好安全性,提高满意度。
Objective To explore the practice of hierarchical responsibility management mode for nurses in pediatric management of tertiary hospitals.Methods A total of 15 pediatric nurses in the Department of Pediatric of Zibo Mater-nal and Child Health Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and traditional functional nursing management was adopted as the control group from January 2022 to Janu-ary 2023.From February 2023 to February 2024,the management of the post level responsibility system was imple-mented as the observation group.The comprehensive clinical nursing ability,nursing quality score and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of basic knowledge,professional skills,first-aid skills,language communication and medical record writing of pediatric nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The clinical nursing qual-ity scores of pediatric nurses in observation group were higher than those in control group in ward management,nursing documents,disinfection and isolation,critical care and basic care,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Satisfaction scores of the observation group were 22.26±1.35 for team management ability,21.05±1.96 for nursing quality supervision,20.23±1.50 for communication efficiency,and 20.06±1.82 for scheduling balance,which were higher than those in the control group scores of 18.15±1.81,16.41±2.30,17.14±1.48 and 16.84±1.93,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(t=7.050,5.947,5.679,4.701,all P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of pe-diatrics in tertiary hospitals,implementing a hierarchical responsibility system for nursing positions can optimize the workflow of nurses,improve the professional level of medical services,enhance nursing quality scores,provide good safety for pediatric medical care,and increase satisfaction.It is worth promoting and adopting in clinical practice.
