摘要
目的探究档案信息化建设在医院档案管理中的价值。方法选择2022年1月—2023年12月寿光市人民医院40名病案管理人员为研究对象(1000份医院档案)。2022年1—12月为管理前,实施常规管理,2023年1—12月为管理后,实施档案信息化建设。对比管理前后的管理质量水平、工作人员对管理的满意度。结果管理后信息收集与整理、档案信息鉴别、档案利用、档案编研水平均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理后工作人员的总满意度为97.50%(39/40),高于管理前的75.00%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.538,P<0.05)。结论在医院档案管理中,充分应用档案信息化建设,可提高档案管理质量及工作人员对管理的满意度。
Objective To explore the value of archives informatization construction in hospital archives management.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,a total of 40 medical record managers in Shouguang People's Hospi-tal were selected as the study subjects(1000 hospital files).From January to December 2022 was the pre-management,implementing routine management,and from January to December 2023 was the post-management,implementing file information construction.The management quality level and staff satisfaction with management before and after man-agement were compared.Results After management,the levels of information collection and collation,file information identification,file utilization,and file compilation and research were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of staff after management was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than that 75.00%(30/40)before management,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.538,P<0.05).Conclusion In hospital archives management,the full application of archives information construc-tion can improve the quality of archives management and staff satisfaction with management.
