新媒体时代医院群众文化宣传工作的反思与优化

摘要 随着新媒体时代的到来,医院群众文化宣传工作在信息传播和公众互动方面面临新的挑战。医院通过微信公众号、抖音和快手等短视频平台、微博平台等渠道传播医疗知识和健康信息,取得了一定成效。然而,当前存在微信公众号内容同质化、短视频平台互动性不足及微博平台受众精准度下降等问题。医院若想解决以上问题,需从优化微信公众号内容、加强短视频平台互动性和丰富内容形式,同时从强化微博平台内容推送的针对性的方面入手,提升宣传工作的有效性和覆盖面。 With the advent of the new media era,the hospital mass culture propaganda work is facing new challenges in information dissemination and public interaction.The hospital has spread medical knowledge and health informa-tion through short video platforms such as WeChat public number,Douyin and Kuaishou,and Weibo platform,and has achieved certain results.However,there are some problems such as the homogenization of WeChat public account content,the lack of interaction of short video platform and the decline of audience accuracy of Weibo platform.If the hospital wants to solve the above problems,it is necessary to optimize the content of the WeChat public number,strengthen the interaction of the short video platform and enrich the content form,and strengthen the targeted aspects of the content push of the Weibo platform,so as to improve the effectiveness and coverage of the publicity work.
