摘要
目的探讨基于问题学习(Problem-based Learning,PBL)教学模式、多学科诊疗模式(Multi Disciplinary Team,MDT)整合教学案例库教学在全科医生培养中的应用价值。方法选取2023年7月—2024年6月重庆市在铜梁区人民医院全科医生培训基地进行培训的40名助理全科医生为研究对象,以不同的教学模式分为研究组(接受PBL下MDT整合教学案例库教学)和参照组(接受传统单一科室案例库教学),各20名。比较两组课堂满意度、教学成果(理论知识、实践能力、临床思维)。结果研究组课堂满意度为100.00%(20/20),高于参照组的80.00%(16/20),差异有统计学意义(P=0.035)。研究组理论知识、实践能力、临床思维成绩高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论构建并应用PBL下MDT整合教学案例库,有助于提升助理全科医生培养过程中学生教学满意度及教学成果。
Objective To explore the application value of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching mode and multidis-ciplinary team(MDT)integrated teaching case library teaching in the training of general practitioners.Methods From July 2023 to June 2024,40 assistant general practitioners who were trained in the general practitioner training base of Chongqing Tongliang District People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into study group(receiving MDT integrated teaching case library teaching under PBL)and reference group(receiving traditional single-department case base teaching)according to different teaching modes,20 assistant general practitioners in each group.The classroom satisfaction and teaching results(theoretical knowledge,practical ability,clinical thinking)were compared between the two groups.Results The classroom satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%(20/20),which was higher than 80.00%(16/20)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.035).The theoretical knowledge,practical ability and clinical thinking scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The construc-tion and application of MDT integrated teaching case library under PBL is helpful to improve students'teaching satis-faction and teaching results in the training process of assistant general practitioners.
