章丘区发热伴血小板减少综合征流行病学特征分析

Analysis of Epidemiological Characteristics of Severe Fever with Thrombo-cytopenia Syndrome in Zhangqiu District

目的分析章丘区发热伴血小板减少综合征(Severe Fever with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome,SFTS)流行病学特征,为疾病预防控制中心(简称疾控中心)防治SFTS提供参考依据。方法选取2020年1月—2023年12月章丘区4148529名常住人口为研究对象,分析SFTS发病率与病死率,并实施描述流行病学方法对患者基线资料进行分析。结果章丘区2020年发病率为1.34/10万,病死率为7.14%;2021年发病率为3.56/10万,病死率为5.41%;2022年发病率为2.03/10万,病死率为9.52%;2023年发病率为4.46/10万,病死率为0;2020—2023章丘区合计SFTS发病率为2.84/10万,病死率为4.24%。农民发病最多,占比为88.98%;官庄、普集、文祖占比较高,依次为16.10%(19/118)、14.41%(17/118)、14.41%(17/118);8月、7月、6月占比较高,依次为22.88%(27/118)、20.34%(24/118)、19.49%(23/118)。结论章丘区SFTS发病具有季节性、职业性特征,好发于夏季农忙时节;疾控中心工作人员应特别关注高危人群、高发地区,在高发季节进行重点监测与预防。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome(SFTS)in Zhangqiu District,and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of SFTS in centers for disease control.Methods A total of 4148529 permanent residents in Zhangqiu District from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The incidence and mortality of SFTS were analyzed,and the descriptive epide-miological method was used to analyze the baseline data of patients.Results In Zhangqiu District,the incidence of SFTS in 2020 was 1.34/100000 and the mortality rate was 7.14%,the incidence of SFTS in 2021 was 3.56/100000 and the mortality rate was 5.41%,the incidence of SFTS in 2022 was 2.03/100000 and the mortality rate was 9.52%,the incidence of SFTS in 2023 was 4.46/100000 and the mortality rate was 0.The incidence of SFTS from January 2020 to December 2023 was 2.84/100000 and the mortality rate was 4.24%in Zhangqiu District.Farmers were the most affected,accounting for 88.98%.The incidence was higher in Guanzhuang Street,Puji Street and Wenzu street,accounting for 16.10%(19/118),14.41%(17/118),and 14.41%(17/118)respectively.The incidence was higher in Au-gust,July and June,accounting for 22.88%(27/118),20.34%(24/118),and 19.49%(23/118),respectively.Conclu-sion The incidence of SFTS in Zhangqiu District has seasonal and occupational characteristics,and it usually occurs in summer busy season.Centers for disease control staff should pay special attention to high-risk groups and high-incidence areas,and carry out key surveillance and prevention in the high-incidence season.
