摘要
高质量发展背景下,公立医院应立足数字化转型理念、结合业财融合管理思路,依托大数据构建全方面、多维度的运营管理体系,实施“一科一策”的个性化指导策略、推广多学科联合会诊的项目工作形态,将“全面诊断+重点深挖”与“数据赋能+自主管理”相结合,实现医院运营的精细化管理。本文在深入剖析公立医院数字化运营管理优势的基础上,指出当前医院运营管理的不足之处,并积极探索切实可行的优化路径,旨在为医疗工作者提供有益的参考,推动公立医院数字化、精细化运营管理的持续改进与发展。
Under the background of high-quality development,public hospitals should be based on the concept of digital transformation and combined with the management thinking of integrating business and finance.Relying on big data,build a comprehensive and multi-dimensional operation management system,implement personalized guidance strategies of"one department,one policy",and promote multidisciplinary team diagnosis.The project work form com-bines"comprehensive diagnosis+in-depth exploration"with"data empowerment+independent management"to achieve fine management of hospital operations.Based on an in-depth analysis of the advantages of digital operation management in public hospitals,this article points out the shortcomings of current hospital operation management and actively explores practical and feasible optimization paths.The goal is to provide a useful reference for medical work-ers and promote the continuous improvement and development of digital and refined operation management in public hospitals.
