疾控中心环境卫生管理有效策略研究

Research on Effective Strategies of Environmental Health Management in Center for Disease Control

本文分析了疾病预防控制中心环境卫生管理的必要性以及该项工作所要遵循的基本原则,讨论了现阶段疾病预防控制中心环境卫生管理当中存在的“环境卫生信息化管理能力弱”等问题,并在这一基础上结合当前信息化社会现实情况,从信息化管理意识培养、全过程监督体系建构、突发事件应对能力提升、环境卫生管理流程和标准的设定、相应档案工作提质增效等角度形成了具体的应对策略。

This paper analyzes the necessity of environmental health management in the Disease Center for Control and Prevention and the basic principles to be followed in this work,and discusses the problems existing in the environ-mental health management of the Disease Center for Control and Prevention at the present stage,such as"weak infor-mation management ability of environmental health",and on this basis,combined with the current situation of the in-formation society,from the cultivation of information management consciousness,the construction of the whole process supervision system,the improvement of emergency response ability,the setting of environmental health management process and standards,and the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the corresponding archives work to form a specific response strategy.
