Freestyle skiing aerials program has attracted the attention of a large number of skiing enthusiasts with its unique characteristics of individual freedom,the pursuit of excellence,challenging the limit and sports aesthetics.Based on the analysis of the project characteristics,this article discusses the development trends of aerials project,and focuses on the application of heart rate variability(HRV)detection and body composition in sports training monitoring.It probes in the training and arrangement of freestyle skiing aerials athletes preparing for the Winter Olympics,aiming to improve the scientific and effectiveness of athletes training.Research has found that freestyle skiing aerials have attracted numerous athletes to participate with their unique charm and challenge.Developing a reasonable training plan for freestyle skiing based on its characteristics,development trends,and the application of sports training monitoring is particularly important for winning the competition.In the future,with the advancement of technology and continuous innovation of training methods,freestyle skiing aerials will usher in a broader development prospect.
