摘要
该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,分析了职业本科院校公共体育课课程设置中课程目标设定不明确、课程教学内容单一、体育教学资源不足、体育师资力量薄弱等问题,在分析职业本科体育课程设置优化的意义基础上,提出了明确课程目标、丰富教学内容、加强资源建设、提升师资力量等优化策略,旨在提升职业本科院校公共体育课的教学质量和效果,促进学生的全面发展。
The article adopts Literature Review method to analyze the problems of unclear curriculum objectives,single curriculum teaching content,insufficient physical education teaching resources,and weak physical education teaching staff in public physical education curriculum of vocational undergraduate colleges.On the basis of analyzing the significance of optimizing the setting of vocational undergraduate physical education curriculums,it puts forward optimization strategies such as clarifying curriculum objectives,enriching teaching content,strengthening resource construction,and enhancing teaching staffs,aiming to improve the teaching quality and effectiveness of public physical education courses in vocational undergraduate colleges and promote the all-round development of students.
