摘要
该文从科学视角探讨健身气功与武术的协同作用。在起源上,武术、健身气功融合了技击与养生。明清时,武术为民间养生技术,武术门派兴以气功为基。在日常生活中,健身气功对唱歌、爬山等有益,而武术多以艺术的形式展现,借助新媒体拓宽学习渠道,便于人们参与,有助于提升人们的身心健康水平。健身气功与武术二者在提高人体机能方面相似。在与养生的关系方面,健身气功调身、调心、调息,传统武术可提高内功修炼和身体素质,注重内外修养,并结合阴阳五行学说进行创新。健身气功与武术二者协同为传承文化和提升健康水平开辟了新的路径。
This paper explores the synergistic effect of Fitness Qigong and Wushu from a scientific perspective.In terms of origin,Wushu and Fitness Qigong integrate attack and health preservation.In Ming and Qing Dynasties,Wushu was folk health preservation technique,and the rise of Wushu schools were based on Qigong.In terms of its role in daily life,Fitness Qigong is beneficial to singing and mountain climbing,while Wushu is often presented in the form of art,utilizing new media to broaden learning channels and facilitate participation,which helps to improve people's physical and mental health.Fitness Qigong and Wushu are similar in improving human body function and other aspects.In terms of their relationships with health preservation,Fitness Qigong regulates body,mind,and breath.Traditional Wushu can improve internal training and physical quality,paying attention to internal and external cultivation and innovate by combining the theory of Yin and Yang and five elements.The synergy between Fitness Qigong and Wushu opens up a new path for inheriting culture and improving health.
