辽宁省高校体育智库建设发展困境与对策研究

Research on the Development Difficulties and Countermeasures of University Sports Think Tank Construction in Liaoning Province

高校体育智库在中国体育事业发展中,发挥着越来越重要的作用。随着《辽宁省质量强省建设纲要》的下发,辽宁省高端体育智库建设已经刻不容缓。该文运用文献资料法、对比分析法对辽宁省高校体育智库建设的困境进行研究,分析目前国际高端智库形式,对辽宁省体育智库建设提出建设性对策。研究表明,辽宁省高端体育智库存在着缺乏独立化建设、人才机制不完善、高校体育智库资源利用不充分等现实困境。辽宁省作为体育大省,出现过很多知名运动员,应扩大辽宁省体育的影响力,加强体育人才的培养,促进体育智库的高效利用,为强省建设提供理论与实践支撑。

University sports think tanks are playing an increasingly important role in the development of China's sports industry.With the issuance of the"Outline for Building a Strong Quality Province in Liaoning Province",the construction of high-end sports think tanks in Liaoning Province is urgent.This article uses the methods of Literature Review and Comparative Analysis to study the difficulties in the construction of university sports think tanks in Liaoning Province.It analyzes the current form of international high-end think tanks and proposes constructive countermeasures for the construction of sports think tanks in Liaoning Province.Research shows that high-end sports think tanks in Liaoning Province face practical challenges such as a lack of independent construction,imperfect talent mechanisms,and insufficient utilization of resources in university sports think tanks.As a major sports province,Liaoning Province has produced many well-known athletes.It's necessary to expand the influence of sports in Liaoning Province,promote the cultivation of sports talents,and efficiently utilize sports think tanks to provide theoretical and practical support for the construction of a strong province.
