SOFIT在高中体育课堂评价中应用的实践研究

摘要 根据《普通高中体育与健康课程标准》(2017年版2020年修订)的要求,高中体育教学要注重学科核心素养引导下的学习评价,有效的学习评价如课堂评价可以提高课堂质量,而传统的课堂评价方法以量表、口头评价等方法进行评价,不利于新课标的落实。该文采用文献法、访谈法、观察法、数理统计法进行研究,得出以下结论:课堂中MVPA(指中高强度的身体活动)低于中国健康体育课程模式50%的标准;教师对学生参与课内体育运动具有促进作用,要提升学生在课外参与体育的程度;体能教学时间观察系统(SOFIT)与新课标的要求相符合,能准确地反馈问题,并为有效改进课堂提供保障依据。 According to the requirements of the General High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2017 edition,revised in 2020),high school physical education teaching should focus on learning evaluation guided by subject core competencies.Effective learning evaluation,such as classroom evaluation,can improve classroom quality.However,traditional classroom evaluation methods such as scales and oral evaluation are not conducive to the implementation of the new curriculum standards.This article adopts methods such as literature review,interview,observation,and mathematical statistics for research,and draws the following conclusions:MVPA(referring to moderate to high-intensity physical activity)in the classroom is lower than the standard of 50%in the Chinese health and physical education curriculum model.Teachers promote students'participation in physical activities during class,and they should encourage students to participate in physical activities outside of class.The System for Observing Fitness Instruction Time(SOFIT)classroom observation system is in line with the requirements of the new curriculum standards and can accurately provide feedback on issues,providing a favorable basis for effectively improving the classroom.
