近五年(2019—2023)国内农田水利工程管理研究综述

Review on Management of Domestic Farmland Water Conservancy Projects in Recent Five Years(2019-2023)

基于农业农村现代化发展的背景,农业基础设施不断发展壮大,国内学界对农田水利工程管理领域不断研究。本研究基于中国知网(CNKI)收录数据,以“农田水利工程管理”为主题,检索出近五年国内学界发表的关于农田水利工程管理的学术文章分析研究。研究表明,近五年学界对国内产业发展的研究主要从4个方面来开展:一是宏观层面上的农田水利工程管理研究;二是中观层面上的农田水利工程研究;三是微观层面的农田水利工程研究;四是小型农田水利工程管理的研究。农田水利工程管理领域研究深度不足,在顶层设计上予以侧重,亟待国内学者肩负起新的研究使命。

Based on the background of agricultural and rural modernization development,agricultural infrastructure continues to grow,and domestic scholars continue to study the field of farmland water conservancy project management.Based on the data collected by China National Knowledge Network(CNKI)and with the theme of“Management of farmland water conservancy project”,this study retrieved and analyzed the academic articles on the management of farmland water conservancy project published in the past five years.The research shows that the study on domestic industrial development in the past five years is mainly carried out from four aspects:the first is the management of farmland and water conservancy projects at the macro level;the second is the research of irrigation and water conservancy engineering at the middle level;the third is the micro-level farmland water conservancy engineering research;and the fourth is the research of small-scale farmland water conservancy project management.The research depth in the field of farmland water conservancy project management is insufficient,and the top-level design should be emphasized,so it is urgent for domestic scholars to shoulder a new research mission.
