溃疡性结肠炎患者Th22细胞、IL-22水平与疾病严重程度的相关性

Correlation Between Th22 Cells,IL-22 Levels,and Disease Severity in Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

目的 探究溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者Th22细胞、白细胞介素22(IL-22)水平及与病情严重程度的相关性。方法 选择2020年6月至2023年12月于河北省唐山南湖医院行结肠镜检查的UC患者106例作为观察组,其中轻度UC组51例,中度UC组34例,重度UC组21例,同时选择同期体检的健康人群50例作为对照组,比较各组Th22细胞、血清IL-22、C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)水平,并进行相关性分析。结果 观察组Th22细胞、IL-22、CRP及ESR水平明显高于对照组(P <0.05),且随着UC疾病的加重,Th22细胞比例、IL-22、CRP及ESR水平呈现升高的趋势(P <0.05)。Spearman相关性分析结果显示,UC患者Th22亚群及IL-22水平与疾病严重程度、CRP和ESR呈显著正相关(P <0.05)。结论 UC患者外周血Th22细胞、IL-22水平增高,且与病情严重程度呈正相关。

Objective To investigate the expression levels and clinical significance of Th22 cell subsets and interleukin-22(IL-22)in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods A total of 106 UC patients who underwent colonoscopy at Nanhu Hospital between June 2020 and December 2023 were enrolled,including 51 patients in the mild UC group,34 in the moderate UC group,and 21 in the severe UC group.Additionally,50 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations at our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The proportions of Th22 cell subsets,as well as serum levels of IL-22,C-reactive protein(CRP),and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),were compared among the groups.Results The proportions of Th22 cells and the levels of IL-22,CRP,and ESR in the peripheral blood of UC patients were significantly higher than those in the control group.With the aggravation of UC,the proportions of Th22 cells and the levels of IL-22,CRP,and ESR showed an increasing trend(P<0.05).The results of Spearman correlation analysis showed that Th22 subsets and IL-22 levels were positively correlated with disease severity,CRP,and ESR(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of Th22 subsets and IL-22 in the peripheral blood of UC patients were increased,which was closely related to disease activity.
