摘要
赤坎水库漏水事件发生后,抢险团队迅速制定了多方面的技术方案,包括降低水库水位、进口段封堵以及涵闸抢修等措施。在降低水库水位方案中,采用了移动式虹吸抢险泵,通过虹吸原理降低水位,其高效性和灵活性在抢险工作中得到了充分展示。进口段封堵方案则采用了多种材料,如棉被和沙包,迅速封堵漏水口,有效遏制了漏水。同时,涵闸抢修方案通过专业潜水队的勘查和抢修工作,对涵闸进行了及时而顺利的修复。实施这些方案后,取得了显著的效果:水库水位成功降低,漏水通道被封堵,漏水速率明显减缓。这次抢险过程充分体现了各项措施的协同作用,为水库的安全提供了必要的保障条件。
After the Chikan Reservoir leakage incident,the rescue team quickly developed various technical plans,including measures such as lowering the reservoir water level,blocking the inlet section,and repairing culverts and gates.In the plan to lower the water level of the reservoir,a mobile siphon emergency pump was used,which lowered the water level through the siphon principle.Its efficiency and flexibility were fully demonstrated in the emergency work.The sealing scheme for the imported section uses various materials,such as cotton quilts and sandbags,to quickly seal the water outlet and effectively prevent water leakage.At the same time,the repair plan for the culvert gate was carried out in a timely and smooth manner through the investigation and repair work of a professional diving team.After implementing these plans,significant results were achieved:the water level of the reservoir was successfully lowered,the leakage channel was blocked,and the leakage rate was significantly slowed down.The rescue process fully demonstrated the synergistic effect of various measures and provided necessary guarantee conditions for the safety of the reservoir.
