黄石盘水库施工导流实施策略及度汛风险分析

摘要 黄石盘水库施工汛期时间长,上游压力大且土石坝溢流风险大,针对施工库区的工程地质条件和水文气象条件。制定出一期围堰采用土石围堰,二期围堰采用纵向混凝土围堰和上下游横向土石围堰的施工导流方案,针对汛期风险进行排查,提出合理的施工度汛安全措施和应急预案。为水库后期施工提供了安全支撑。 The construction of Huangshipan Reservoir has a long flood season,high upstream pressure,and a high risk of overflow from the earth rock dam.Based on the engineering geological and hydro meteorological conditions of the construction reservoir area,this article proposes a construction diversion plan for the first phase cofferdam to use earth rock cofferdam,and the second phase cofferdam to use longitudinal concrete cofferdam and upstream and downstream transverse earth rock cofferdam.At the same time,it conducts a risk assessment during the flood season and proposes reasonable construction flood safety measures and emergency plans,providing safety support for the later construction of the reservoir.
