水电站库区海量淹浸数据的采集与处理分析

摘要 为了快速、准确、经济地获取库区淹浸数据的项目需求,从测量外业和内业的角度出发,使用华测RTKI80接入广东省连续运行卫星定位服务系统(GDCORS)进行平面控制和高程控制测量,利用DJIP4RTK无人机航飞获取合格的相片,并借助大疆智图软件生成数字表面模型(DSM)和正射图(DOM)数据,在GIS、Python软件中结合高程阈值渲染,最后在CASS软件中进行正射影像图叠加分析成图的方法。能够快速准确地统计淹浸房屋数、作物等指标,并输出了淹没区域的成果。 In order to meet the project requirements of quickly,accurately,and economically obtaining inundation data in the reservoir area,from the perspectives of field and indoor surveying,the Huace RTK I80 is connected to the Guangdong Province Continuous Operation Satellite Positioning Service System(GDCORS)for horizontal and vertical control surveying,and the DJI P4 RTK drone is used for aerial flight to obtain qualified photos.The method of generating digital surface model(DSM)and orthophoto(DOM)data through DJI intelligent mapping software,combining elevation threshold rendering in GIS and Python software,and finally performing orthophoto overlay analysis in CASS software to form a map.It can quickly and accurately count the number of flooded houses,crops,and other indicators,and output the results of the flooded area.
