摘要
以提升小型水库管理水平和预警能力,减轻洪水灾害为目标,针对南大水库在建工程的信息化系统缺失,搭建防洪“四预”系统、水量调配管理系统的架构,进行水情、环境和工程情况监测,并基于此系统对库区降雨预报统计分析、短期水情预报、水量预测、预报成果管理及预报成果展示,进行智慧化水力调配。
With the goal of improving the management level and early warning capability of small reservoirs,and reducing flood disasters,in response to the lack of information systems in the construction project of Nanda Reservoir,an architecture for flood control"four pre"system and water allocation management system is built to monitor water conditions,environment,and engineering conditions.Based on this system,intelligent hydraulic allocation is carried out for rainfall forecast statistical analysis,short-term water situation forecast,water volume forecast,forecast result management,and forecast result display in the reservoir area.
