基于AHP-熵权法的民宿集群选址评价体系研究

Analysis on the Evaluation System of Homestay Cluster Site Selection Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Weight Method

随着后现代旅游业态的更新和旅游者消费需求的不断升级,民宿作为备受青睐的新兴旅游业态开始呈现出集群化的发展趋势。选取五大经济圈内不同特点的民宿集群,从市场、自然、社会、经济四个方面建立民宿集群选址评价体系,通过AHP和熵权法计算获得综合指标权重后进行实证分析。研究结果显示:市场因素在民宿集群选址评价准则层指标中权重最大,其次依次是自然因素、社会因素和交通因素;区域文化特征在民宿集群选址影响指标中是一项重要评价指标;区域的国内旅游收入、旅游总人次、旅游资源禀赋、自然景观审美特征、基础设施条件这五项指标在民宿集群选址评价体系中的权重值较大。

With the renewal of the post-modern tourism industry and the continuous upgrading of tourists’consumption needs,homestays are beginning to show a cluster development trend as a highly favoured new tourism industry.This study selected homestay agglomerations with different characteristics in five economic zones of China and established a homestay agglomeration site selection evaluation system from four aspects-market,nature,society and economy.The combined indicator weights were calculated by the AHP and entropy weighting methods and then the empirical analysis was carried out.The results of the study show that:Market factors have the greatest weight in the indicators of the guideline tier of homestay agglomeration location evaluation,followed by natural factors,social factors and transportation factors;Regional cultural characteristic is an important evaluation indicator in the impact indicators;Domestic tourism revenue,total tourist arrivals,tourism resource endowment,aesthetic characteristics of the natural landscape and infrastructure conditions of the region have a greater weight value in the homestay agglomeration site selection evaluation system.
